The NOXGUN robust design is ideal for dispensing Low Pressure (<250psi) two component reactive chemicals such as spray foam insulation, crack fill polyurea, marine flotation foam and many more.
The NOXGUN is currently being used to dispense roofing foam adhesives and spray foam insulation.
The Patented NOX® Valve prevents crossover.
The patented Split-Man® is available in standard flow or high flow with the Push to Connect design.
The only disposable dispense gun that allows you to use our Static mixers or choose from hundreds of standard 7/8"- 9 static mixers.
It's rugged design can be used multiple times or just once.
The NOX® Gun is designed to accept standard 1/4" id or 3/8" id hose. For 2 to 1 applications the gun can be supplied with 2 different hose sizes.
NOX® Valve
No Crossover. No Compromise.
In two-component dispensing systems, crossover is the silent killer. It leads to cured valves, damaged manifolds, system downtime, and field failures.
The NOX® Valve eliminates crossover by design. Using a patented internal mechanism and mechanical snap closure, NOX physically isolates the A and B components until the exact moment of dispensing.
The NOX® Valve is made from high temperature chemically resistant silicone. It fits securely over the nipples of the Split-Man®. The valves are one way, they open easily without restriction and snap shut to prevent crossover. The NOX® Valve and static mix element can be left in place after dispensing for a few minutes or overnight without concern of crossover.

Split-Man®
The patented Split- Manifold is unique to the NOX Gun.
In traditional dispense guns cured material builds up on the threads where the static mixer attaches. Cleaning the threads is time - consuming, messy, and critical - because once they're fouled, proper seating of the static mixer becomes unreliable, and leaks become inevitable.
Thats why we created the Split-Man®, a disposable split manifold. And when the threads do get dirty? Just replace it. Like a static mixer.
It can be easily removed to do a ratio check or quickly replaced with it's PTC (push to connect) design.
The Split-Man® is currently available with .190" or .250" equivalent outlets ports.
The Split-Man® in combination with the NOX® Valve accepts industry standard 7/8" - 9 standard static mix elements.
